Magnum has recently enjoyed the challenge of working with Sanitarium Workplace Health to develop the brand for Australasia's largest provider of workplace wellbeing services.
After acquiring six individual businesses, Sanitarium came to Magnum for the creative brand strategy, positioning distillation and subsequent identity that would lead these businesses into the future as ONE compelling organisation. The challenge was to unite disparate teams and products under ONE vision, ONE identity and ONE powerful brand story.
Magnum worked with all parties to create vision, values, a single unifying positioning concept and a compelling architecture of products and services. The big opportunity for this new Sanitarium company was to unite as ONE full-spectrum provider of workplace health solutions, from flu jabs to sophisticated wellbeing team challenges.
The name Vitality Works was agreed (the name of an a successful existing company in the group) and Magnum developed the uplifting positioning idea: Healthy People > Thriving Business. Products and services were rationalised and we were able to create a powerful architecture system around ASSESS, PREVENT, THRIVE! which is in itself a strong selling and positioning device.
